The hotel had beautiful sea views from the rooms and the private Jacuzzi on the balcony was a great feature. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated on a peaceful beach away from the crowds.
The rooms were not clean and the furniture was outdated. There were frequent electricity shut downs and the wind whistled through the windows all night.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning view of the sea from my room. It was breathtaking and made me feel like I was in paradise. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the main town and attractions. Another advantage was the water games offered at the resort. It was so much fun to try them out, especially with the added excitement of the cloudy sky and occasional drizzle.
the electrifying shock I received when trying to charge my phone due to the lack of earthing in the room was a bummer.

Located far away from the rest of the resorts, this hotel offers a peaceful escape from the city life. the tranquil setting makes it a perfect getaway for those looking to unwind and relax. the rooms are well-maintained and cozy, with a stunning view of the sea. the friendly staff offer great service and the breakfast spread is excellent.
The prices for the activities offered by the hotel are quite high, making it inconvenient for budget travelers.

The room location. It was surrounded by water on 2 sides with huge windows overlooking the lagoon. The room was huge and we spent hours sitting on the couch looking out over the water and chatting. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Food options were limited. Saturday night was busy and noisy as there was karaoke in the open which could be heard loud and clear throughout the hotel. That aspect took away from the tranquil quiet location and felt out of place in the resort.

The room at a good price, on the seashore, good viewgood price for a good quality room.
Bad food at not so good price, but nice breakfast. Once in the hotel, nothing much to do, all has to paid, far from any city/village/attractions.the karaoke at night is the only activity, boring and noisy

The room was incredible, with a breathtaking view of the sea and sunset. The amenities were top-notch, including the comfortable bed and the clean and well-furnished room. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect for a relaxing vacation, and I enjoyed spending time on the clean and beautiful shoreline. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

I loved the fact that Bintan Cabana was almost at the end of the strip of the beach. Many rock formations and the structure of the accommodation was really fitting to the environment. The breakfast buffet was so-so, although the ala carte lunch was really good. My suggestion is for them to introduce a lot of fusion or gourmet Indonesian Cuisine to step up the status of the resort. Overall, I loved my stay here, and will definitely come back again soon!

It's perfect if you just want to take yourself/yourselves off for the weekend and sit on the beach, it's very quiet. A few construction works but nothing an iPod can't omit. It is cheap and cheerful, rooms are comfortable, though take insect repellent as they aren't sprayed and there's no nets. The food is average but the fruit platters and soups are good. Location is perfect, water is crystal clear and very suitable for kids as it's so shallow and calm.
